Our client for this site has been collecting the properties around him for some time and he has now decided to explore his options for maximising the use of the site.

We suggested a development of Apartments could be possible. With some recently approved developments nearby it was easy for the client to see what could be possible. 

An application for Pre-Application Advice for some rough proposals for the site was recently submitted and are excited to be moving forward with the site to Full Planning!
