Subdivision of existing house and extensions

This exciting new project involved a lot of planning work as the existing single home use didn't have planning permission.

Our client is busy carrying out internal works in preparation for the changes and the applications are in and running.

The division of the dwelling will create two 3 bedroom dwellings finished to a high standard.

We are also busy looking at how the end unit can be improved to provide more space and a more modern open feel.
