Work has now finished on site for our Client's forever home! We're looking forward to re-visiting the site after soon!

Our client was unhappy with the design of their existing bay window and wanted it to match their existing orangery. There was also some existing structural issues with the bay window.

Our client has come to us with this interesting site. This was originally two houses, but has been converted into one. The client is now planning to split the property back to it's original use as two homes.

We are looking at replacing the existing dwellings on the site for a client to enable them to realise the site's full potential.

We recently achieved Planning Approval for our client to increase their existing footprint of 50 square meters up to 150 square meters. We also added a first floor extension.
